01 · IMAGINE

You wake up on Monday morning.

Everyone else is on LinkedIn. Browsing Etimad. Cold-calling prospects. Drafting proposals.

UXBERT has already found them.

Already understood them.

Already designed for them.

Already drafted the pitch.

02 · WHAT THIS IS

This is not another AI tool.

Not another agency platform.

This is an autonomous business acquisition and delivery engine.

03 · THE TEAM YOU NEVER HIRED

We are not replacing our people.
We are giving each of them tireless colleagues.

04 · THE ORIGIN

Two months ago I sketched four agents on a whiteboard with Eben. Today it is five agents, two infrastructure layers, and a data engine no competitor in the region can rebuild.

KHALEEL MUGHAL · JULY 2026

IN THE ROOM · LIVE DEMO

Eben is building Khaliq right now, as a proof of concept.

We will hand over to a live demo of the Khaliq POC when we reach Agent 4 in this deck. That is where the room stops imagining and starts seeing.

05 · WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES

In one line, the whole platform is seven verbs.

Find Research Design Pitch
Deliver Keep Learn

Hold this map in your head. Everything that follows is one of these seven verbs, made autonomous.

06 · THE ROTATION

The seven verbs,
in motion.

Every rotation makes the platform smarter, faster, and harder to catch. This is the engine.

Every rotation
the platform gets
smarter, faster, and
harder to catch.

FIND → RESEARCH → DESIGN → PITCH → DELIVER → KEEP → LEARN

AGENT 01 · FINDER + INTELLIGENCETWO AGENTS · ONE SYSTEM

Discovery and understanding are the same job.

Every hour, UXBERT scans Saudi Arabia. Not just Google. Not just Etimad. Every company, entity, mobile app, website, hiring ad, funding round, tender, press release. Every organisation becomes a living digital profile.

Then it asks one question: can UXBERT genuinely improve this business? Only qualified opportunities move forward.

AGENT 03 · PITCH

Most agencies send emails.
UXBERT starts conversations.

The proposal arrives before the first meeting. It already understands the company, its customers, and its competitors. The email does not ask for work. It demonstrates the work.

Framing caveat. First version ships as an "opportunity brief", not a finished redesign. GCC clients read unsolicited full redesigns as presumptuous. Full deck goes only after they respond.

AGENT 04 · KHALIQ · A FRONT-END APPLICATION◉ LIVE DEMO IN THIS MEETING

A UXBERT web app the business team logs into.

Enter one thing. A website, an app, or a company name. Within minutes: existing brand understood, competitors analysed, palette extracted, tone identified, journey rebuilt, and a full proposal, deck, timeline and retainer produced.

EBEN IS BUILDING NOW

AGENT 05 · GROWTH + LEARNINGTWO AGENTS · ONE SYSTEM

Winning the project is the beginning, not the end.

GROWTH · WHEN A PROPOSAL IS ACCEPTED

Everything starts automatically. Epics, user stories, architecture, sprint plan, QA strategy, deployment pipeline, infrastructure, security, accessibility, analytics. Ready before the first developer writes a single line of code.

LEARNING · EVERY PROPOSAL TEACHES

Every won proposal teaches the platform. Every lost proposal teaches the platform. Proposal version 341 wins 42%. Version 589 wins 63%. The system composes deliberately from what has actually worked. It never stands still.

TECHNICAL STACK

07 · THE MOAT · PART ONE

Every win flows into ARCITEK.

ARCITEK is UXBERT's development engine. Custom CMS. UXBERT hosting. UXBERT database. UXBERT deployment pipeline. Every project the platform wins is delivered on ARCITEK.

Every client sits inside our ecosystem, not on a WordPress they can walk away with. One-off project fees become compounding retainers.

08 · THE MOAT · PART TWO

AMINAH keeps us inside every client, forever.

One line of JavaScript on every ARCITEK site. Continuous UX monitoring, bug capture with full device context, and direct routing into UXBERT's Jira. Every issue becomes a change request. We never leave the client.

FOR THE CLIENT

Faster bug resolution, real-time UX insight, a support relationship that feels like a full-time internal team.

FOR UXBERT

A permanent presence inside every delivered product, a queue of high-margin change requests, and the closest possible source of intelligence on what to build next.

FOR THE PLATFORM

Every AMINAH signal feeds back into the graph and the Learning Engine. The platform learns which redesigns held up in production.

AMINAH means trustworthy in Arabic. Trust is the currency we monetise.
09 · THE FIVE-YEAR PICTURE

In five years,
this is the asset
that makes UXBERT uncatchable.

A proprietary intelligence dataset that no other agency in the region can rebuild, because they did not collect it in real time. That is the true moat. Everything else, the agents, the ecosystem, the impossible proposals, is scaffolding around this.

11 · THE TIMING

The World Cup 2026 window is open now.

Every sports brand, federation, hospitality group and travel platform in Saudi Arabia will need mini-sites, loyalty programmes, e-commerce upgrades and match-day digital moments.

The Growth Engine can identify, design and pitch every one of them before an agency-of-record is chosen.

EARNED CREDIBILITY

We are already delivering KooraBreak for this World Cup.

The Growth Engine turns that credibility into a pipeline. Every sports and hospitality target the graph identifies becomes a warm reference, not a cold pitch.

13 · THE ECONOMICS

One-off project fees become recurring revenue.

Revenue shape changes from lumpy annual contracts to a stack of monthly retainers, sitting on top of every delivered project. Every new client compounds the base.

For every twenty clients on the platform, that is SAR 7.3M in annual recurring revenue, on top of the initial build fees.

14 · THE PHASED PLAN

Three phases.
Each one earns the next.

  • Finder MVP: 500 KSA companies mapped
  • UASC-lite scoring on 20 dimensions
  • Etimad live feed integrated
  • Khaliq POC ships to internal BD team
WHAT WE PROVE
A qualified pipeline can be generated on demand.
PHASE 02
Conversion
Weeks 07 – 18
  • Pitch agent in production
  • Khaliq full release for BD
  • Sports-vertical pilot for World Cup 2026
  • 50 sole-source proposals shipped
WHAT WE PROVE

PHASE 03
Compounding
Weeks 19 – 40
  • Growth + Learning agent live
  • ARCITEK integration end-to-end
  • AMINAH loop closed on delivered clients
  • Recurring revenue live at SAR 30K+/client/mo
WHAT WE PROVE
Self-funding. Ready to scale beyond KSA.
15 · THE ASK · FOR GUIDANCE

Three things,
from this room.

01
Endorsement of the vision.

Agreement on the seven-verb thesis and the "team you never hired" positioning. If we align here, everything downstream becomes a delivery question, not a strategy question.

02
Guidance on formalising this into a business proposal.

How you want this shaped into an internal project. Who leads what. How it appears on the board deck. What Yaman needs from a strategy positioning angle. What Mostafa needs commercially. What Farrukh needs technically.

03
Approval in principle for a ring-fenced squad.

Once formalised: Eben full-time (already building), one senior AI engineer, one senior full-stack, one product designer. Six months. Phase 1 self-scoped budget SAR 850K all-in, self-funding from Phase 2 onward.
